Conor-Patrick Franchise Advisors helps prospects locate franchise opportunities to fit their lifestyle, business and financial goals. We save the franchise prospects time, money and potential aggravation by helping navigate through the myriad of franchises in the marketplace.
Our job is to educate the buyer about the franchise industry and help match the buyer with a franchise they can qualify for financially. We then work with the prospect to identify specific opportunities where the prospect meets the franchise qualification threshold. Finally, we help prepare them for the vetting process with the franchise by educating them on what questions to ask the franchisor and their franchises and helping the buyer to meet the high qualification standards of the franchisor.
These services are provided for free and the cost of the franchise fee will remain the same regardless of whether you buy directly or through a franchise consultant. The franchisor will pay us a finder’s fee if they accept you and you invest in their franchise. Quite simply, if we do not make a good match, we will not get paid. This arrangement causes us to be very good listeners when you tell us about your goals.
